Only thing I'd do is make her eyes more narrow/slanted. Right now she just looks like a white girl dressed up like an asian. Otherwise she looks great :) Can't wait to see the colored version of this.

I might suggest having a pattern for her kimono.

Looks very good, although one thing bugs me a lot - the left lower end of her tunic is not aligned properly - it should go down her hip and the tip just poke out across, instead of being straight across, almost as if it was made of sheet metal.

Aside from that little bit (I know, I'm a nitpicky bastard ;)), alles gut.

I'd recommend reducing lip and boob size, maybe add a hint more torso length.
