maybe cut the tat to just the hood & head of the cobra? It seems a bit busy... ooh, and change all the dreads to end with little pony heads like an equine Medusa! (cuz that wouldn't be ridiculously busy as well

Cool! The daimond on it's forhead remindes of the 'Keeper' I had when I was little. ^_^
The braided main looks great and I love her flowy tail.
The daimond back snake pattern, the spit hoves and the Armlet all add to the character of the pony. And I love snakes. I wish I could have had this as a MLP when I was a kid
