@07:04sorry for the long message but i think you might find this useful: you dont really need photoshop, just install two free and simple programs, 1: is Mypaint, dont underestimate this program its a beast itll do pretty much anything youll need, and its also very simple to use with very clean lines and with the right settings on the right brushes it can look just like photoshop.
2: is not so impressive, but you will have need for it, is Gimp. when using mypaint it leaves a white border this can be fixed by saving your pic... lets say akumetsu (btw its an awesome manga), mypaint will save it as akumetsu.ora
rewrite it as akumetsu.jpg
then open it with gimp and right click, hover over "tools" then over "select tools" then click "crop" this will allow you to very easily remove those white borders, just cover all of what you want to keep then click the center and your done. after you save the new file convert it back to jpg again by clicking in the top left, click "files" then "export", type akumetsu.jpg hit enter and a slide bar appears, set the bar to a 100% picture quality, your done, you have a photoshop quality painting.. comic, whatever for free. i would recommend downloading mypaint 1.0.0-1 its has less fancy extra features but not as buggy either.
this may seem complicated but its very simple, and once you do it a few times you wont even have to think about it. ps i actually prefer this method over photoshop and if you need help with the brushes just ask.

@10:04you describe things to the detail.and it's always helpful that you give tips, and i like that about your video too. lots of tips on how to get better. the part where you say different features for different species of dog really helped. now my drawings are starting to look like wolves instead of, let's say, domestic dogs lol. thanks for uploading this (even though this is a really old thing xD)

@04:37You can get them at most office supply stores. the ones I use are made by pentel, the Red .05, .07 and .09. you can also order them online at gsdirect.com, staples.com, officemax.com and I think from pentel.com too.

I also have blue too.
