This is a digital print of an original acrylic painting by fantasy artist Stephie / Lady-Cybercat. The high resolution file is large enough to print out at 8.5 x 11 (maybe even larger) with your home printer without the typical digitization you normally get with web graphics. When you purchase this download you agree NOT to sell copies or upload the whole image it to the internet. This is for your own personal and private use ONLY. No commerical use is permitted.

You may do the following:

Use it to create 'Tube Art' for your personal use. It must be a low dpi (72). Do not sell or give away the 'tube' for other's use. This is for you only.

You may crop the image to use it for online forums and sites for your personal use. Please do not re-distribute it.

You may use it to create a wall paper for your computer.

You may make copies off your printer to hang on your wall or decorate your labtop or notebooks or other personal items.

You may repaint, alter or use this as a base for your own art. However you may not sell it or upload it to the internet in a high res file. If you do make a very fancy 'tube' or other art from this, please let me know so I can see it and enjoy it too. (do not use the art for pornographic, hateful or derogatory purposes)


You CANNOT:

You CANNOT upload it to Cafe Press or similar sites and make shirts or other merchandise to sell.

You CANNOT make a copy off your printer to hang on your wall or decorate your labtop or notebooks?

Do not use it for any commercial use, like menus or shop signs.

Do not use it to create Brushes.
